5 Reasons to Make it MAX Season!

Fall is here, and for many, that means getting back into a routine (work, school, sports, etc.) and so there’s no better time than RIGHT NOW to jump back onto the mats with us! Our fall challenge begins MONDAY, and we are so certain that now is the best time recommit that we’ve made a list of the top five reasons why YOU should take it to THE MAX (again)!

1. Self-care is important right now! Many of us are not taking enough time for ourselves. We put our families, our jobs, and our social commitments before taking care of our own bodies. Unfortunately, we only get ONE body, and if we don’t take care of ourselves, we can’t take care of others. You cannot pour from an empty vessel. Getting back into a wellness routine is one of the best forms of self-care because you are not only making yourself healthier, but stronger! You are giving yourself the energy to do the things you love to do, and what could be a greater gift than that?


2. The kids are back in school! Summer is fun, with all of the plans and vacations! But it can also be draining, especially when your children are home for months at a time looking at YOU for entertainment! Now that school has started, and there’s a little more time on the schedule, let’s use that time wisely.


3. It’s an excellent time to concentrate on your physical health! It’s no secret that a healthy body and a strong cardiovascular system are two of the best defenses against getting sick. Strengthening your body before flu season and incorporating a healthy diet into your life could be the secret weapon protecting you and your family this fall and winter season! (And you might just find yourself in the best shape of your life!)


4. The holidays coming up! Who doesn’t love the holidays? Candy for Halloween, Turkey (and stuffing) for Thanksgiving, and a whole MONTH of treats in December! If you find yourself feeling guilty year after year, perhaps this year you don’t have to! Get ahead of the winter weight and start a wellness program with THE MAX Challenge now!
