Does THE MAX Challenge Work?
After school I was going to the Max, rather than sitting on the couch and napping. I began to look forward to the workouts, rather than counting down the days. My wife and I were losing weight, but more importantly, we changed our nutrition. This wasn’t a diet but a life change.
The MAX has gotten me to a place where I think everyone should be – happy, healthy, and strong. If I can get there, anyone can!
In class and in my MAX community, I continually hear how I inspire others, they’ve all watched me grow and change in the last 6 months. I’m proof that following the nutrition, attending classes, and giving it 110% of what you’ve got, works. I’m always willing to share my story with others, and amazed at how many have listened.

I am proof that THE MAX can continue to work. This was my fifth challenge and I have had great results. Even with a chronic knee injury, my trainer helps me modify my workouts and I am able to get incredible workouts.
It was now or never for me. Since that day I never looked back.
I was overweight and unhappy with how I looked. I struggled to catch my breath walking up stairs. Uncomfortable in my own skin, I found myself standing on the sidelines rather than enjoying all the fun things everyone was doing. I reached a point where I needed to do something — something for me. I joined The MAX. I committed myself 100% to the program and was determined not to miss a single class. It was now or never for me. Since that day I never looked back.
After following THE MAX Challenge program I learned how to live a healthy lifestyle and was able to stop most of my blood pressure medication, my stomach issues and asthma are virtually not existent.

The most important thing I have learned is how to love myself and my body.
