What You’ll Accomplish During Your 10-Week Challenge

Weeks 1 – 3

As you begin your journey your instructor will work side by side to help you make regular exercise and nutritious eating part of your life.  Our members report that they feel an increase in their energy level as they develop these healthy habits.

Weeks 4 and 5

As your fitness level continues to improve, you find that exercises that were once challenging now have become easy.  You begin to step out of your comfort zone and strive towards higher levels of fitness.
