Important Letter from the CEO

To the Valued Members of Our MAX Community:

I would like to start off by saying thank you. Thank you to you, our members, who have shown the utmost loyalty and patronage to our brand over the past several years. Thank you for giving THE MAX Challenge the ability to change your life. Thank you to our amazing instructors and staff. Thank you for supporting our esteemed group of franchisees.

Our world is facing uncertainty at this time. When times get tough, the MAX Challenge gets tougher, more innovative, and stronger. We have now gone virtual, to help you, our members, retain normalcy in your life, and stay on your path to a healthier, stronger tomorrow. We not stopping, we’re not giving up, and neither should you.

THE MAX Challenge is a connected community. You have the ability to stay connected to your MAX center from the comfort and safety of your own home! You will stay connected to your instructors, to your franchise owner(s), and most importantly to your friends and family with whom you share your classes.

In an effort to give back to the community that has given THE MAX Challenge so much, we have discounted our membership fees. We are encouraging you to be kind, to give back to your community, and to help those who may be facing hardship. We remain “virtually open,” and we will continue to get through this crisis together, as a family. If you have specific challenges, or are not able to continue your membership as it stands, please reach out to your local franchisee, and they will work with you to keep you on the path to success.
