Rosanna’s Tuna Burgers
This Recipe is equivalent to 1 protein and 1 fat.
2 standard size cans of Tuna
2 ½ Tbs of Light Safflower Mayo
½ Bell Pepper
1 celery stalk
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
- Dice your onion, pepper, and celery stalk.
- In a bowl, combine your tuna, mayo, egg, diced vegetables, and seasonings.
- After mixing, shape the tuna mixture into patties, this should yield roughly 4-5.
- Carefully place your patties on a non stick pan and cook each side for 5 min. When flipping, make sure you flip them carefully because they are fragile.
