MAX Compliant Wednesdays:Rosanna’s Tuna Burgers

Rosanna’s Tuna Burgers


This Recipe is equivalent to 1 protein and 1 fat.


2 standard size cans of Tuna

2 ½   Tbs of Light Safflower Mayo

1 egg

½ Bell Pepper

½ Onion

1 celery stalk

¼ tsp pepper

¼ tsp garlic powder


  1. Dice your onion, pepper, and celery stalk.
  2. In a bowl, combine your tuna, mayo, egg, diced vegetables, and seasonings.
  3. After mixing, shape the tuna mixture into patties, this should yield roughly 4-5.
  4. Carefully  place  your patties on a non stick pan and cook each side for 5 min. When flipping, make sure you flip them carefully because they are fragile.
  5. Enjoy!
